Medical Receptionists
Check patients in and out of office, answer and screen telephone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and authorizations, edit letters, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, and perform other front office clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and practice management systems
- Ophthalmic or medical office experience preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Ophthalmic Technicians
Prepare patients for physician examinations, obtain medical histories, perform pre-screening exams (no refractions), assist physician with procedures, scribe in Electronic Medical Records, and perform in-office testing including OCT, Visual Fields, Fundus Photography, and Fluorescein/ICG Angiography.
Requirements
- Ophthalmic experience preferred — willing to train the right person
- High school diploma required
- Excellent communication skills; motivated to learn

Medical Billers
Enter patient information and charges, send billing claims electronically and via hard copy, post insurance payments, follow up on delinquent claims, and occasionally cover telephone and front desk procedures.
Requirements
- Verifiable experience in Medical Billing and Collections required
- Experience with computerized practice management / EHR systems
- Knowledge of CPT codes, modifiers, and ICD-10 codes
- Self-starter with high motivation and ability to work independently
- Good general computer skills
Compensation commensurate with experience.
